It's all about trust!

When you hire a professional, you trust they will do what they promise and you trust they know what they are doing. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Many tradespeople have been taught how to do something by copying what they were shown and never understanding the reasons behind doing it that way.

Before you truly fix a problem, you have to understand how something works and then you can determine why it is not. Homes are extremely complicated covering a diversity of trades. I understand how every part of your home works and have a lot of experience. I could tell you I have seen everything but that would be a lie! Here's a little about me -

Studied Architecture at the University of Florida.

Columnist for the Greensboro News and Record offering advice to homeowners.
On-camera home improvement expert for TWC News, WXII News 12 and Fox 8 WGHP.
And made Ms. White happy by fixing a long list of things wrong with her home without having to call 5 people.
